PEEK Filament (VICTREX®)

We currently offer the first PEEK filament for FFF 3D printing. This is a high performance polymer that could previously be processed only with other conventional manufacturing processes.

Applications of PEEK filament


With its unique mechanical, chemical and thermal properties, PEEK has many advantages over other polymers and is able to replace industrial materials such as aluminium and steel. As a result of its widely applicable properties, PEEK has established itself in a variety of industries including; aerospace, oil and gas, automotive and semiconductors. In the FFF 3D printing process, PEEK is particularly suitable for the production of small series, special designs and prototypes.

Typical Applications


Used in the production of various aircraft components, PEEK reduces the overall weight of aircraft, subsequently reducing fuel consumption. As a result of its exceptional thermal properties, PEEK can also be used to protect sensitive devices from heat generated by the jet engines. With such durability, combining PEEK with FFF printing will result in lower operating and manufacturing costs.

Advantages of FFF 3D printing process for PEEK over other manufacturing processes:
